Our Mission

In a Christ centered environment, we provide; 1) effective and safe methods to maintain fitness and 2) neuromuscular therapy for those in pain or who have muscular dysfunction, to help our clients achieve a healthy and active life.  We accomplish this by utilizing the highest level of care and empathy towards our clients.  Through continuous education in our crafts, our team strives to deliver the highest degree of professional and ethical services possible.

Fitness Programs

Our Fitness programs Are by private training or small group training

 

CrossFit

Our CrossFit small group sessions will get you into the best shape of your life. This program is designed to produce all around functional fitness.  We are different in that our small group sessions are kept small to give you the attention you deserve.

Weights

This program was designed to help you gain strength in order to fight osteoporosis. We have found it to be an excellent all around strength training program for Men and Women.

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting is a great way to build strength and quickness.  We will design a program for you and Coach you to improve in the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.

MIle High Workout

This program is for those who desire all around functional fitness but with less intensity than CrossFit.

Massage Therapy

Neuromuscular Therapy "Trigger Point" and Myofascial release.  

These are fancy terms to describe the massage therapy work I do in order to relieve your pain and muscular dysfunction.  Book an Appointment today.
