“Being a Catholic Priest, I have huge demands on my time. Coach Steve and the Divine Mercy Fitness Coaches have shown me a way to train that is natural, efficient and incredibly effective. And it has made all the difference. Now I am feeling healthier than ever, body and soul”
— Father John Nepil
“As a former Collegiate athlete and current law enforcement official, training at Divine Mercy Fitness has put me in the best shape of my life and has helped prepare my body and soul for the demands of my job. I feel faster, stronger, and I’m experiencing a level of energy I’ve never had before.
The knowledgeable Coaches are able to effectively critique your form and help maximize your workouts . Not only are the coaches there to push you on, but other members of the gym are also helping you get through the workouts.
Its a phenomenal experience and I’m always looking forward to the next workout.”

Massage Therapy

Neuromuscular Therapy "Trigger Point" and Myofascial release.

These are fancy terms to describe the massage therapy work I do in order to relieve your pain and muscular dysfunction.  Book an Appointment today.

I started seeing Steve for trigger point therapy and myofascial massage six months after I had fractured my right humerus in a fall. After months of physical therapy, I was still experiencing pain, and felt I was not improving with routine physical therapy exercises. I was grateful to find Steve Smith a skilled and professional therapeutic massage therapist who paid close attention to the complex muscle structure in my upper arm/shoulder. Steve’s attention to detail, focus on problem areas, and expectation for individual work outside of sessions helped me progress faster than I was doing on my own. If you are looking to improve your recovery, look no further than Steve Smith!
