Good Metabolic work this Saturday morning.

A mixed bag of Cardio or Metabolic work with running, double unders, burpees and a rope climb. Every workout is preceded by 15 minutes of warm-ups and followed by  10 minutes of warm downs that aid the body in recovery and also facilitate full or range of motion.  It is important that our bodies be exposed to many different movements and stretches.
