WOD3 rounds: 8 Front Squat moderate Bike 2 min @ 90% rest 2 min (after each round)

Then.. 3 rounds 8 push press moderate Row 2 min @ 90% rest 2 min (after each round)

Then... 3 Rounds 10 ghd sit ups ( or 15 regular sit ups feet anchored) 10 toes to bar 30 sec plank from pushup position rest 30 sec between rounds
