Today we will do some strength work and some metabolic work with wall balls WOD Snatch - build to a max single fast - rest as needed Then.. Overhead Squat - 3sets, 3 reps@ 80%; rest 2 min between sets Then.. 2 sets - AMRAP (as many reps as possible) unbroken wall balls - 7 min rest between sets
