Squat Clean - 3 TnG - EMOM x 8 minutes - moderate weight/fast out of bottom
1 set - As many reps as possible unbroken wall balls 20lb/14lb
The wall balls will be unbroken to a 10ft target. They don't count if they are not high enough or if your squat is not low enough.
