Starting in July, we will have a 7pm class on Wednesdays. So, for all you who like to work out a little later, we will have 7pm classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. WOD

Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps, minimum 2 minute rest between sets.

Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3, 30X1, minimum 2 minutes rest between sets.
