Training consistently is very important. For this to happen, you must know yourself. You might be the kind of person who must train for an event like a 10k or an Olympic lifting meet. Or the type who trains with the goal of being a certain body weight or pant size. That's great, what ever keeps you training is really what is important. So know what keeps you training. If you have no idea, sign up for a race or an event, that usually works. WOD AMRAP in 20 minutes: 3 wall climbs 10 up-downs 5 parallette pass throughs (front and back equals one) 10 grasshoppers (left and right equal one)
