The "get lean" challenge is now over, please weigh in and get your pictures and measurements.  Come in before or stay after the workouts to get this done. 

Please arrive in time to go through the entire warm-up.  It may pay off to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early.  Also stay after the workout and complete the post workout stretches.  The pre and post warm-ups and stretches are vitally important to your fitness goals.  They will help improve your flexibility, range of motion and recovery.

AMRAP in 5 minutes:
3 reps Dead-lift 275lb/175lb
7 reps Push-Press 115lb/75lbs
