If you have not been to the gym in a while, it is time to start again.  When you do start, take it slowly by doing the foundations workouts for at least one week.  Know yourself and your current physical condition  If you have no idea, take it extra easy.  Fitness is a long process where you must be consistent.  I know life happens and sometimes you must take a break.  Just know, when you come back, start a lower level and work your way up.
