Eating right is a huge part of getting your body to the right size and shape.  Eating paleo or nearly paleo is a great way to accomplish this.  Also taking your vitamins, C, D3, and Fish oil are huge factors in aiding your recovery and overall fitness.  Talk to one of the Coaches about more information on eating right.
