This is the last week of our strength and power cycle. If you want to do more Strength work, sign up for the Ad Magna classes. These are on Tuesday's at 6pm and Saturday's at 11am. If you have further questions talk to Coach G.
We are continually adding new people to our classes. This is great news for the gym. This does mean that it is getting more and more important to sign up early for classes. Sign up for weeks in advance if you can.
