Starting in January we are going to offer Mobility classes.  These classes will focus on getting athletes to move properly.  The classes will be perfect for the indivual who is just starting with us and first needs to improve range of motion in the ankles, hips and shoulders.  It will also be perfect for the existing athlete who is a little to stiff to do a CrossFit workout and wants to continue to improve joint mobility.  The classes will start in January at 5pm on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.  They will be run at the same time as the 5pm CrossFit classes.
