AMRAP in 20 minutes:
10 Wall Ball 20lb/14lb
10 Box Jumps 20"
10 Deadlifts 205lb
10 Burpees


We are having classes today at 5am, 6am, 7am and 8am.  There will be no pm classes.  We will be closed all week next week for vacation.  We will be open again on January 3, 2011, regular hours.   I will be posting workouts for each day next week that you can do without significant equipment.  Please train at least three days next week to stay on track.  You can also sign yourself up for January classes.  Please sign up for at least three weeks in advance and shedule these dates in your planner.  Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
