It is interesting, when learning new movements we are often uncordinated and mechanical. Through practice we get better and more efficient. Then a workout will hit were the movement is called upon. As we struggle through the workout our good movement gets better, our tired bodies finds ways to get even more efficient. In CrossFit this happens over and over again. We learn first hand that it is ok to be bad at something new, only to master it with practice, patience and hard work.
