30 Clean and Jerk 135lb/95lb
This is "PR" (personal record) week. We will be hitting heavy sets of one for the three lifts we have been working on for the past two weeks. It is a good idea to come in and get down to business with warm ups then jump right into the lift we are doing for the day. Time will be limited so work efficiently. For new athletes, you will be working on form with higher reps. I recommend for everyone to check out mobilitywod and do the exercises everyday at home.
