20 Sumo Deadlift Highpulls 95lb/65lb
20 Push Jerks
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats
20 Toes to Bar
Must do 4 minutes at the beginning of each minute.  This means the workout begins with 4 burpees.

Full range of motion.  Gaining full mobility of our bodies is an important goal.  It is key to gain this mobility and it is your homework to get there.  The overhead squat is a great way to test your level of shoulder, hip and ankle mobility.

Some have the mobility, but simply do not have the strength or body awareness to train with full range of motion.  We see this issue with nearly all the body movements.  The answer is to reduce the reps and/or weights in the WOD, and train at the full range of motion.  The strength will come in the full range if you train in this range.
