Rest Day!!


It just might be time to spice up your training.  You can do this by entering a competition.  A funny thing happens when you enter a race, challenge, meet, match or by whatever the name.  You now have a big goal in front of you.  Then you align your training, nutrition and mental attitude toward that goal.  As a result, your training is stepped up a notch or two.  We will begin to post any and all competitions on the gym wall.  Feel free to enter whatever strikes you.
