5 Squat snatch 70%
7 inchworm pushups
10 Pull-ups
50 Double unders


It is Monday, if you need a fresh start for your training, today is the day.  To make your training really effective, you should have some goals.  So, while you read this, pull out a sheet of paper or on your computer, set some goals.  Could be number of pull ups, or push ups, or Deadlift, or 1 mile time or 2k row time.  Could be a race or competition you want to participate in.   Write it down and share it with the Coaches.  We want to help you in achieving your goals.
