Yes, today is the day to try and get all three lifts in one session.  It is difficult but we will get it done. 

Next week we will start new hours for the teens, 3pm and 4pm, Monday through Friday.  All teen ages are welcome.  I will ask that you sign up in advance.  You can do this on line or on the board in the gym.
