Recovery of your muscular systems is very important to your continued gains in fitness. As we get older, I notice it generally takes more time to recover from an intense, difficult training bout. What do you do to recover? Is it working? It is important to discover how your body best recovers. Some ideas to test are: more sleep, long walks, long slow runs, bike rides, ice baths.
