AMRAP in 20 minutes:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pistols/1 legged squats
15 Pull-ups


I often hear of people who want to come an train with us but are afraid because they are not yet in shape.  Most everyone who has come to work out, started out not able to do pull-ups, push-ups or squats.  Everyone comes to get in shape.  So come as you are, we will train you.  We will adjust the workouts just like we do for everyone who needs that in the gym.  So, do not be afraid.
