The foam rollers are a great tool for relieving sore muscles and joints.   If you feel odd knee pain or hip tightness, it just might be sore tight muscles pulling on your knees or hips.  So try rolling out those quads, hamstrings and glutes to see if you get relief.  Ask one of our trainers to help you if you have questions.
