CrossFit Total
Back squat 1 rep max
Shoulder Press 1 rep max
Deadlift 1 rep max

After you warm up for each lift you have 3 chances to get a new 1 rep max.  Form must be perfect for the lift to count.

The teen class is working hard and having some fun playing CrossFit baseball. 

Summer is right around the corner, we will be offering teen classes at the gym at 8am and 9am.  The 8am classes will be for teens that are 15 to 18 years old. The 9am classes with be for teens between the ages of 12 to 14.  These classes will begin the week of May 24.
