200m run
16 one arm OH kb/db lunges
7 Power Clean (50% - 70% max)


Physical work clears the mind.  It gets the blood pumping and makes you feel all worn out.  This is good.  Many times in this culture of ours we no longer need to use our bodies like they were originally intended.  We do not hunt for our food, walk or run long distances.  Move large objects.  Climb, jump.  So in the gym, we create the workouts to give your body what it really needs, hard physical work.
