Rest Day!!

How is your fitness?  Your strength and conditioning?  It is critical that you are strong and in condition.  If you are reading this, you are a human, and your mind and body deserve this.  For most people, 5 days of exercise per week is recommended.  This will vary on your activity level.  An office worker will need to exercise more than a construction worker.  I know that 3 days of CrossFit plus two days of other exercise (long walks, easy runs, hikes, sports activities) per week will build your strength and conditioning to a nice level.  Also good eating is crucial.  Both activity and eating right need to be done consistently over time.  Your long term health is the key factor here.
