With a partner, row a 1k, pulling only 10 pulls at a time.  Then 50 burpees total. Then one grabs dumbells, the other a wall ball.  Lunge 50m, 10 steps at a time, one partner at a time. Do 50 cleans, total. Lunge 50m, do 50 cleans total (switch apparatus at 25 reps).  Lunge 50m, do 50 cleans.  Do 50 burpees, total.  row 1k, 10 pulls at a time.  (Workout courtesy of Crossfit Santa Cruz Central)
