The new on ramp program begins tomorrow at 6pm. If your are interested go to schedules and sign up. Or call Steve at 303-709-4930. My plan is to have an on ramp programming running once per month. The program is designed to teach the elementary lifts and exercises of CrossFit. It wil also gradually build up your strength and endurance. By the end of the month you should be ready for the regular CrossFit classes.
