Rest Day!!!  Except for those coming for the free 9:30am workout.


The free training session will begin promptly at 9:30am.  

Our next on Ramp program starts on May 3.  You can see the 12 training dates by going to the schedules link.  All new people to CrossFit must first take these 12 initial sessions in order to then by eligible to be in a group class.
