I just added a scheduling program to this site. You can login and schedule your classes.  Please use this and let me know of any glitches.

We are having our first On-Ramp Class starting on Tuesday.  This is a series of 12 classes that will teach you many of the CrossFit movements and techniques. It is required before attending one of our regular classes.  The classes are in sequential order and the dates are: April 6, 7, 10 (8am), 12, 13, 15, 19, 21, 22, 24 (8am), 27, 28.  Classes begin at 6pm (unless otherwise noted), they will last one hour.  Please call Steve (303-709-4930) to sign up.
