7 Overhead squats 95lb/65lb

Sometimes you just want to sit on the couch.

Saturday we are having an open house.  Doors open at 9am.  Free workout begins at 9:30am.  Please let me know if you are coming. Bring a friend if you can.

It is  that time of the year where the weather is getting awesome. Time to start planning climbs, runs, hikes, paddles, rides, walk-abouts.  It would be fun to hike some mountains.  I will start to pull together dates.  If anyone has any other ideas about activities or races to do as a gym lets get it planned.
