Starting Monday we will begin a 60 day nutrition (get ripped) challenge.  We will measure body fat percentages next week and whoever has the greatest  percentage loss in body fat will be the winner.  There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places for Women and Men.  I suggest you eat paleo.  Please see the page for eating paleo.  I would also like you to take a picture of yourself.  You do not have to share this picture with anyone.  This way you will know what you look like at your current body fat percentage.  I would also like you to get your blood work.  You can get this done at a low cost at a 9news health fare.
