This is from the October 2002 issue of the CrossFit Journal. It is called the "Theoretical Hierarchy of Development". It exists for the development of the athlete. Notice that at the base is nutrition. Nutrition is obviously extremely important. It is also one of the most difficult to master. Old habits always seem to get in the way. In my mind good nutrition is the Paleo diet which consists of eating lean meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts and no sugar. When you eat this way, you tend to lean out, get stronger, sleep and generally feel better. Sounds simple, try it. If you can do it, you will see a huge difference.
