Casey has made amazing gains in strength and conditioning. She has also learned to get more comfortable with being uncomfortable.  We all need to practice getting better and better at this.  The harder we train, the more intense we decide to push it, the more uncomfortable the whole experience is.  Everyone feels it, so think about getting comfortable with it.
