It is strength month, (actually for the next nine weeks) On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we will do one round of the usual warm up. Then jump into the strength workout. Make sure to warm up in the strength lift we are doing. The final set should be a max set. I will set a time that the strength workout will need to be done by. You will then have a five minute rest then the Workout of the day.
