Please get out in the World and use your fitness.  Get out with your friends and play.  Climb a mountain, hike, run, play soccer, ultimate frisbee.  Play with the kids or grandkids. We work too hard to sit around.  I think you will be surprised at your capabilities.  This is why we work so hard in the gym.  To LIVE in this awesome world.
