It may be that time again to think about your goals.  What you want to accomplish in the next  year, 6 months, 3 months.  Think about them and write them down.  I want you to specifically think about your physical goals.  Is there a race you want to run.  How about  a certain number of pull-ups.  Or even your first pull-up.  Or muscle-up.  I would like to hear some of your goals when you come next to the gym.
