Box Jumps!!!

Victory!!  It is great to have the number one time or the most rounds in the daily WOD.  Yes, even if you are not that competitive, it is still a great feeling.  It is only a valid victory if you have indeed completed all the reps and sets indicated.  If you did a modified workout, it needs to be indicated on the board.  This also includes going to the full range of motion of each exercise.  So to really have the victory, make sure you do all the reps and rounds with full range of motion.
