Mary is tough!! Running in the snowy weather.

It is almost April and time to start thinking about Summer.  If one of your goals is to compete in a running race, or biking event, or triathlon, we should talk about some training modifications to help you reach your competition goals.  The modifications will add some more work to your daily workouts, but much less than conventional training.  See the CrossFit Endurance site for more information.
