70lb/55lb Kettlebell swings, 25 reps
25  Sit-ups
25 Back Extensions (Supermans)
25 Knees to Elbows


You can never be too dressed up to be on the concept 2.

For those of you who are doing this workout on your own.  You can sub a dumbell for a kettlebell and lighten up the weight if you need to.  Also for those just starting out, do three rounds.  See these kettlebell videos from the main site.
